Aliza is so funny

Now that she is walking, she loves to walk – everywhere. She walks to the toy room and puts everything she can around her neck. It is truly hilarious to watch her do it. Then she’ll walk around like this for hours… Too funny!

My favorite part of the season – Christmas Cards!

I love Christmas season. One of my favorite things that starts right about December 1, is getting Christmas cards in the mail. I LOVE getting the mail in December. But then again – I think my kids are so cute and I want all of my friends and family to see as much of them as possible, like this photo card . It lets me include my cute kiddos doing all different kids of things. I like the unprofessionalism of sending out shots that I took. This year, I think I’m going with the one p

Fruit Roll Ups

So yesterday, I decided to toot my own horn and post on Facebook that I had made homemade fruit roll ups. And, wow, people were interested in how  did it! I was really easy, it just took time. I tried it again, and took pictures every step of the way. I cut up strawberries, a banana and I happened to have this jar of Apricot halves in my fridge, so I used them too. I didn’t measure anything, I just used what I had. I put the fruit and added some honey to sweeten it up, into my Magic Bullet!! Blend. You could totally drink it at this point. It was good just like that!! I put mine on the stove and simmered it a little bit. I’m not sure if this step is necessary, but I read several recipies and some said to reduce it and some did not. I did. But you could probably skip it. Heat your oven as low as it can go. Mine starts at 170… Cover a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick stuff. When your fruit has reduced a little bit, pour it on the foil lined baking shee
